Please be aware street parking is difficult and it can be hard to find a close spot. Breaks-in due occur so remove valuables from car. ✅ Public transportation (bus line) is available directly outside the home on Taylor Ave. ✅Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality stay for all of our guests. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules: •Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Check in time is 4 PM -Late checkout fee if you stay 1 hr or longer after checkout time •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property.
