Cozy yet spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with large back yard and lots of street parking. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Furnished w/ most amenities needed for a weekend or 2-4 week getaway. 2 car garage, 55”TV & high-speed Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to South Point Casino, the Las Vegas strip, airport, outlet mall & grocery stores. In the living room you will find the best reclining leather couches ever! Four of the 5 seats fully recline, you may just end up sleeping there. Enjoy Netflix and Amazon on on the 55" TV. The dining room has a killer 10' farm style table for big dinners or family game night. Back bedroom (by kitchen) is separated by a room divider so it feels open and spacious but it is not completely private. The bed in that room is a queen sized pillow top mattress and a desk to work at. Master bedroom has a King sized bed, a large walk-in-closet and a private bathroom with double sinks. Feel free to use the tub but the jets are inoperable. Front bedroom has a very comfortable full size bed. This room stays a little warmer than the rest of the rooms in the home. Outdoor spaces include a propane BBQ grill and a outdoor table set. While we don't allow parties, we encourage you to enjoy your time at our home.
